Imperial Unveils New Ready Steady Cook Ranges

IMPERIAL UNVEILS NEW READY STEADY COOK KITCHEN ACCESSORIES AND COOKWARE RANGES AT SPRING FAIR
A new range of Ready Steady Cook kitchen accessories and cookware will be previewed at this years Spring Fair. These new products complement the existing range of Ready Steady Cook products, designed exclusively and distributed in the UK and Eire by Imperial, the UK's fastest growing home and kitchenwares supplier.
The new Ready Steady Cook kitchen accessories and cookware comprises:
A range of non-stick bakeware with silicone handle grips, retailing from £4.99
A roaster with rack and silicone-coated handles retailing at £19.99
A set of three stainless steel mixing bowls with non-slip base and airtight lids for storage, with two mini storage bowls free, retailing at £29.99
Extensions to the kitchen gadget silicone grip range, including grater, balloon whisk, ice-cream scoop and silicone pastry brush, retailing from £4.99 to £6.99.
The very successful silicone bakeware range sees the addition of a pack of 12 individual silicone cake cases, to retail at £4.99
Also previewing at Spring Fair is a hard anodised three-piece saucepan set comprising 16, 18 and 20cm pans with lids. This new set complements the comprehensive Ready Steady Cook cookware offering. Also on show is the range of Ready Steady Cook small electrical appliances launched in 2007 including a food processor and smoothie maker. In partnership with Siemssen Electronics, this range is exclusively distributed by Imperial in the UK’s independent, wholesale and regional department store sector.
“Since its launch in 2005, the Ready Steady Cook cookware and kitchen accessory brand has performed exceptionally well in leading mail order, independent and multiple retailers including Argos, Homebase, Robert Dyas, JD Williams and Grattans,” says Imperial’s Commercial Director, John Newcomb. He continues, “This year sees the range also being launched into Dunelm and Wilkinson and we will continue to invest in new product development in response to customer demand, reinforcing Ready Steady Cook’s position as one of the fastest growing kitchenware brands in the UK.”
Ready Steady Cook, hosted in the UK by Ainsley Harriott, is the longest running cookery show on TV now in its 18th series, and remains one of the UK’s most popular daytime TV shows. Ainsley Harriott and his gang of resident chefs return to BBC TWO this February with a whole host of very special celebrity guests whipping up a storm in the kitchen. Each day two celebrities will prepare an array of fantastic feasts and battle it out to win £100 in cash for their chosen charity and the coveted Ready Steady Cook plate.
In Week One, romance is the order of the day as Eastenders stars Laila Morse and Derek Martin (AKA Big Mo and son-in-law Charlie Slater) set out to prove their culinary worth in a St Valentines Day Special featuring exclusive clips fromEastenders. Both Laila and Charlie have been in the successful BBC ONE soap for over 5 years and enjoyed a number of high profile storylines.
